As for custom maps, WaW has a couple different trusted sites that have an extensive library of maps. Follow the installation instructions and wait for it to finish, usually for me it says 'program didnt install correctly' just dont worry your face and click install using compatability settings, next it should have finished installing and that means you files for the custom map are installed into WAW. then what you want to do is download any map you want and if it prompts you to make an account just do it because you will need it to download a file. Next, launch WAW then go to the mods menu underneath the options menu and double click on the map and it should launch, now you can have infinite fun.
